Divine Order VA provides professional virtual assistant services, including but not limited to: ● Inbox and scheduling management ● Administrative and business support ● Social media support ● Additional services as outlined in the agreed-upon service package Clients understand that services will be delivered within the agreed-upon scope. Any additional work or revisions beyond the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges.
● Accepted Payment Methods: Payments will be processed via PayPal. ● Billing & Upfront Payment: ○ New clients are required to pay in full upfront for the first 8 weeks (weekly payments) or 3 months (monthly payments) of services. ○ After this period, clients may opt for invoicing with the option to pay in monthly installments. ● Late Fees: A $15 late fee will be applied to outstanding balances on the 5th of each month (or 5 days after the invoice due date). Clients with consecutive late payments will be required to pay upfront for all services/packages. Repeated late payments may result in termination of services. ● Rush Fees: Expedited service is available for an additional fee. Please refer to the Services & Pricing List for details.
● Due to the nature of virtual assistant services, all sales are final, and refunds cannot be issued once work has commenced. ● Pricing adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Divine Order VA’s sole discretion.
● Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ● Late Cancellations & No-Shows: A $5 fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. ● Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one (1) free reschedule pass with at least 12 hours' notice. Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee.
● Free Revision: Clients receive one (1) free revision per project. ● Additional Revisions & Out-of-Scope Work: Any revisions beyond the first free revision or work outside the original scope will incur additional charges. Pricing for such requests will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
● Standard Turnaround: The typical turnaround time for projects is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the request. ● Operating Hours: ○ Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST ○ Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST ○ Sunday: Available as needed only

● Divine Order VA agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose or share client data without prior consent. ● Clients acknowledge that Divine Order VA is not responsible for data breaches or security issues caused by third-party tools or software. ● A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.
