11. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal for secure and convenient payments.
12. Do you require payment upfront?
Yes. New clients are required to pay upfront for the first 8 weeks (weekly payments) or 3 months (monthly payments). After that period, installment payments are available.
13. Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
Due to the nature of my services, refunds cannot be offered. However, pricing adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
14. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a service?
I ask for at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. One free reschedule is allowed; after that, a $5 late cancellation/no-show fee applies.
15. Are there any late fees for overdue payments?
Yes. A $15 late fee will be charged on the 3rd of every month (or 3 days after the invoice due date) for any outstanding balances. Clients with multiple late payments will be required to pay upfront for future services.
